Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Food & Beverage service while exceeding guest expectations.
- Greet, welcome, and seat guests as per Novotel service standards.
- Handle guest orders and provide detailed knowledge of menu items.
- Set up dining areas with cutlery, glassware, and condiments before service.
- Clear soiled dishes, reset tables promptly, and maintain dining cleanliness.
- Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and bar teams for service efficiency.
- Respond to guest complaints, queries, or requests with professionalism.
- Report equipment issues, emergencies, or unusual activities to supervisors.
People & Teamwork
- Coordinate seamlessly with other hotel departments to deliver excellent guest service.
- Support team members in daily F&B operations for restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Foster a welcoming, positive, and service-driven team environment.

Qualifications
- High School education or a Degree/Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management.
- Certification in Food & Beverage operations is an added advantage.
