Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage Service, you will:
- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service in line with Novotel/Accor F&B standards.
- Perform daily duties in the assigned F&B outlet (restaurant, bar, banquets, or in-room dining).
- Rotate across different F&B sub-departments as required.
- Stay well-informed about hotel services, promotions, and facilities to assist guests effectively.
- Execute proper opening and closing procedures of the assigned outlet.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and suggest food & beverage pairings to guests.
- Ensure the F&B outlet and surrounding areas are kept clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Manage supplies efficiently to reduce waste and spoilage.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely, escalating to supervisors when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or F&B service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a service-driven personality.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
