Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Relation Associate at Novotel Bengaluru, you will:
- Warmly welcome guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized attention to VIP and repeat guests.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office to fulfill guest requirements.
- Keep accurate guest preference records to enhance future stays.
- Manage guest correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism.
- Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Contribute to achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Prior experience in Guest Relations / Front Office is an advantage (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first attitude with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/IDS/Fidelio) a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
