Key Responsibilities
As a GSA – Housekeeping, you will:
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle departmental master keys responsibly and maintain security of guest property.
- Deliver prompt housekeeping services with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms, public areas, executive offices, and other assigned spaces.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues quickly to enhance satisfaction.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report hazards, maintenance issues, or irregularities to management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
