Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Operations
- Deliver professional food and beverage service to all guests, ensuring satisfaction.
- Greet and welcome guests as per Accor’s service standards.
- Take food & beverage orders, serve promptly, and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain dining setups, reset tables, and ensure cleanliness of service areas.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Stay familiar with menu items, specials, and promotions.
People & Team Collaboration
- Work seamlessly with other hotel departments to provide exceptional guest service.
- Support and guide team members to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Assist Front Office or other departments when required by hotel management.
Financial & Resource Management
- Ensure optimal and cost-effective use of hotel resources.
- Educate staff on waste reduction and efficient operations.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS&E) regulations.
- Follow Accor’s safety procedures and training requirements.
- Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or emergencies promptly.
- Prevent breakage, spoilage, and pilferage by maintaining standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage service (hotel/restaurant preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and service etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP standards, and safety compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
