Key Responsibilities
As Global Real Estate Workplace Experience Program Senior Manager, you will:
- Deliver End-to-End Workplace Experience
- Lead workplace design and execution across regional offices.
- Ensure employee journeys, service offerings, and innovation efforts align with evolving needs.
- Governance & Transparency
- Foster structured communication on processes, design, and innovation.
- Share lessons learned and ensure alignment across global offices.
- Workplace Demand Management
- Assess and prioritize office requests.
- Align demand with strategic innovation roadmaps.
- Drive Strategic Innovation
- Identify trends, new use cases, and gaps in employee experience.
- Support ESG goals, sustainability, and asset optimization.
- Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with Global IT, Project Delivery, and Workplace Technology teams.
- Act as the primary Workplace Experience lead for regional offices.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 12–15 years in workplace strategy, innovation management, operations, architecture, IT, or project management (consulting experience a plus).
- Proven track record in delivering innovative workplace solutions in international organizations.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and change communication.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with agile methods and tools (Miro, Trello, PowerPoint, Excel).
