Role Overview: Senior Operations Analyst – Global Real Estate
As a Global Real Estate Senior Operations Analyst at BCG in Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in managing data operations, dashboards, and governance within BCG’s Global Real Estate (GRE) team. You will oversee the lifecycle of space data, support critical business case decisions, and enhance transparency through powerful data visualization.
This role combines data analytics, real estate operations, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver insights that shape BCG’s global workplace strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Data Visualization & Insights
- Refine and maintain data integrity dashboards for accuracy and completeness.
- Build new dashboards to track space utilization, business planning, and investment data.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Data Lifecycle & Governance
- Manage semi-annual data quality checks across the global portfolio.
- Track and process floor plan updates in collaboration with offices and GRE delivery teams.
- Partner with external vendors on floor plan conversions and ensure alignment with BCG standards.
- Support continuous improvements in workflows, policies, and governance routines.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work with GRE workstream leads, engineers, and analysts to enhance system solutions.
- Recommend process modifications for better efficiency and scalability.
- Engage global stakeholders to align on data standards and reporting practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Math, or related field).
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience (professional services industry preferred).
- Strong expertise in:
- Excel (advanced analysis & data management)
- Tableau & Alteryx (data visualization & automation)
- PowerPoint (executive-level communication)
- Experience in real estate, operations, or workplace data management is an advantage.
- Ability to work with global teams, vendors, and senior leaders.
