Key Responsibilities
As Global Product Owner – Source to Pay at BCG, you will:
Drive Business Results & Value
- Translate business goals into actionable procurement initiatives.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver measurable results.
- Manage product budgets and resource planning.
Lead Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation
- Oversee global deployment of Coupa platform across 30+ markets.
- Guide the transition from implementation to business-as-usual operations.
- Expand platform capabilities to optimize sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and supplier collaboration.
Represent the Voice of the Customer
- Gather insights from internal stakeholders, vendors, and platform users.
- Translate needs into user stories and prioritize based on business value.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and demos to continuously improve user experience.
Squad & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional Agile squad without direct line authority.
- Prioritize backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and manage delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and senior leaders to align strategy.
Enable Innovation & Agile Culture
- Promote Agile ways of working across the organization.
- Embrace AI and digital solutions to enhance process efficiency.
- Support Product Analysts and foster team development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in global procurement, with direct Source to Pay (S2P) expertise.
- Preferred Tools: Certified in Coupa or other Source to Pay platforms.
- Agile Leadership: Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Lead.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Data-driven decision-making and critical thinking.
- Experience in consulting/professional services (preferred).
