Responsibilities
As a People Analytics Analyst at BCG, you will:
- Develop and manage advanced Tableau dashboards integrating multiple data sources.
- Use SQL for querying databases and creating efficient data models.
- Perform ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Loading) to prepare scalable datasets.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data with rigorous testing.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to solve people-related challenges.
- Provide actionable insights to improve HR processes such as talent acquisition, retention, and attrition management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting requirements and process optimization.
Skills You Bring
- Expertise in Tableau development (server management, advanced charts, APIs, LOD calculations).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for optimized data retrieval and analysis.
- Experience in data visualization and UX/UI principles for dashboards.
- Ability to generate insights from large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields (advanced degree preferred).
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL (mandatory).
- Familiarity with HR data analysis and HR processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- A strong interest in data, analytics, and HR technology transformation.
