Key Responsibilities
As a Global Compensation Specialist at BCG, you will:
- Develop and maintain executive compensation and bonus tools to streamline payout processes.
- Analyze large compensation datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Build and enhance Tableau dashboards to track and visualize compensation metrics.
- Present reports and data-driven insights to stakeholders for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s / MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in compensation, HR analytics, or reward management.
- Experience in global or multi-geography environments is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Tableau dashboards.
- Knowledge of compensation modeling and market data analysis.
