Role Overview
EY is hiring a Full Stack .Net Developer – Tax Senior for its Tax Technology Transformation (TTT) team in Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver innovative full-stack solutions to support EY’s global Tax practice, leveraging modern web development technologies, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions aligned with EY’s solution development standards.
- Estimate technical effort, risks, and solutions at the project level.
- Ensure adherence to development methodologies, tools, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify issues early and implement solutions.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and reusable components.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor junior developers in the team.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong expertise in Full Stack .Net Development (.Net, .Net Core).
- Experience with MVC, SPA (Angular/Vue), Web API, Entity Framework/ADO.Net.
- SQL proficiency: stored procedures, queries, DB performance tuning.
- Familiarity with third-party UI frameworks (e.g., Telerik, Kendo UI).
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Git/TFVC, CI/CD.
- Exposure to Azure cloud and microservices architecture preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Prior management or team leadership experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tax or Finance domain is an added advantage.
