This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and is ideal for experienced .Net and MEAN stack developers with hands-on expertise in scalable web applications, APIs, and cloud technologies. The Senior Principal Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end software solutions, collaborating with global teams, and applying innovative technologies including React, AWS, DevOps, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Engineer – .Net Developer, you will:
- Participate in high and low-level design activities for enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and reusable software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry coding standards.
- Collaborate within a global, cross-functional team, supporting US, UK, and Australian business hours.
- Proactively identify technical requirements and propose efficient solutions.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software iteratively.
- Develop self-contained, testable, and reusable modules.
- Apply DevOps practices and AI tools to improve software delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance in all software and system development processes.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years’ experience in .Net, .Net Core, and MEAN stack development.
- Hands-on experience with React JS, AWS, APIs, and modern web frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL, integration tools, Git, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.
- Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity guidelines and software security best practices.
- Exposure to AI tools, microservices, Snyk, and GitGuardian is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applications development using .Net, .Net Core, and MEAN stack.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and global team collaboration.
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS), React, microservices, and DevOps.
