Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
🔧 Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and Express.js
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient backend code
💻 Frontend Development
- Build interactive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Enhance front-end performance and cross-browser compatibility
🗃️ Database Integration
- Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases for backend data operations
- Design and optimize SQL queries, perform data modeling
🛠️ Tooling & Version Control
- Utilize Git for version control and team collaboration
- Work within Visual Studio, MySQL Workbench, IntelliJ, and SQL Server Management Studio
🧠 Agile & Project Collaboration
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Managers
Required Skills & Technologies
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend JavaScript frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSP
- Experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases
- Familiarity with source control tools like Git
- Hands-on exposure to Nest.js, jQuery, and Java is a plus
- Experience with Agile project tools like JIRA
- Understanding of key IDEs and tools like Visual Studio, IntelliJ, SQL Server Management Studio
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in full-stack development projects across sectors
- Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, or containerized environments is an advantage
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing skills
