✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B outlets, Conference & Banqueting as independent profit centers
• Lead, develop, and mentor Restaurant Managers and Head Chefs to ensure accountability for service and profitability
• Plan and control annual operating budgets, manpower, and equipment requirements
• Conduct accurate forecasts and report business performance regularly
• Ensure compliance with Hilton’s brand standards, health, safety, and hygiene policies
• Drive development and implementation of promotional and marketing activities
• Monitor productivity schedules and take corrective actions when needed
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism
• Conduct monthly departmental meetings and daily operational briefings
• Oversee inventory management and equipment audits bi-annually
• Ensure team adherence to uniform, attendance, and safety standards
• Actively develop and train team members to enhance their efficiency and service quality
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on exceeding service expectations

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years as F&B Manager or Head of Department in a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing SOPs
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams
• Thorough knowledge of cost control, beverage menu creation, and service techniques
• Competence in managing food safety systems (FSMS) and high-risk policy compliance
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods
