Team & Operational Management
- Lead F&B staff to ensure seamless teamwork and superior guest service.
- Monitor grooming, attire, and performance of staff; address any deficiencies.
- Oversee opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing areas.
- Conduct scheduled inventories, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage using FIFO standards.
Guest Experience & Dining Oversight
- Monitor dining areas for seating, service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and professional service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Complete work orders for maintenance and operational repairs.
Staff Training & Development
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
- Serve as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
- Foster positive working relationships and a supportive team environment.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow company and safety policies; report accidents, unsafe conditions, and complete safety certifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Ensure adherence to organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-saving measures.
Physical & Operational Duties
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Navigate narrow, elevated, or confined spaces; reach overhead and below knees; bend, twist, stoop, pull, and push as needed.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for defects or operational issues.
