Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Executive at ibis Chennai Sipcot, you will:
- Perform opening and closing duties for F&B outlets.
- Set up tables and service stations according to hotel standards.
- Greet and escort guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
- Upsell menu items and cross-sell other outlets to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management when required.
- Assist other outlets during peak hours.
- Maintain knowledge of all F&B menus, preparation methods, and hotel services.
Skills & Qualifications
- Service-oriented personality with a passion for F&B.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Executive or similar role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and support team members.
- Professional grooming and excellent communication skills.
