Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Oversee grooming and attire compliance of the F&B team, ensuring professional standards
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, perform scheduled stock checks, and requisition necessary supplies
- Conduct opening and closing duties: setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing premises
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, guest safety, and service quality
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching Food & Beverage staff
- Serve as first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy
- Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and company policies
- Promote teamwork, positive relationships, and efficient communication among staff
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost-savings, and enhanced service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced settings and handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and FIFO practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
