Key Responsibilities
Dining Operations & Guest Service
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas in restaurants, bars, and service stations.
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use.
- Deliver attentive service to guests and welcome them according to Ritz-Carlton standards.
- Follow “clean-as-you-go” procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
Closing & Maintenance Duties
- Complete end-of-day tasks including cleaning, storing reusable items, locking refrigerators, and turning off lights.
- Restock supplies and equipment, return items to proper locations, and lock doors as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
Professional Standards & Team Collaboration
- Maintain a professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds safely; navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces.
- Work as a collaborative team member to meet service, operational, and quality goals.
Skills & Qualifications
