Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Operations

• Perform closing duties: store reusable goods, break down equipment, clean work areas, lock refrigerators, and complete daily cleaning checklists.
• Set up, stock, and maintain workstations throughout the shift.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glassware, and silverware prior to use.
• Maintain a “clean-as-you-go” approach to ensure hygienic food service operations.

Guest Service & Communication

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and assist with inquiries.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards; protect company assets.
• Adhere to quality standards and operational procedures.

Physical & Operational Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds safely.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps.
• Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and flexibility.

Skills & Qualifications
