📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations across all Food and Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team to maximize performance and professional growth.
• Manage guest queries efficiently and resolve complaints promptly to enhance the overall experience.
• Monitor budgets, including Food, Liquor costs, and payroll, and implement cost-control measures.
• Set departmental targets, objectives, work schedules, and policies to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the team to design menus and special offers that enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure proper inventory management.
• Motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals for F&B managers under your supervision.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead team meetings and ensure minutes are documented and followed up.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices within the department.
• Support other hotel departments and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

• Proven experience in Food and Beverage management within international or large-scale hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to meet financial targets and control departmental costs.
• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and hospitality best practices.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to diverse operational needs.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
