📋 Key Responsibilities
- Audit daily revenue figures, supporting reports, vouchers, and General Cashier’s reports.
- Ensure daily and monthly revenue reconciliation is accurate and timely.
- Verify all F&B, room, and banquet revenue is correctly posted to guest accounts.
- Control gifts, entertainment vouchers, and complimentary room authorizations.
- Audit telephone, internet, and POS interfaces for revenue accuracy.
- Prepare rebate and allowance summaries and ensure journal entries are correct.
- Reconcile credit card transactions with electronic payment systems.
- Maintain chronological filing of Front Office and outlet reports.
- Follow up with relevant departments on discrepancies or missing information.
- Conduct monthly house float, petty cash, and safety deposit box audits.
- Monitor room variance reports and report any significant deviations promptly.
- Support smooth operations by handling ad hoc tasks and ensuring compliance with Hilton’s manual contingency plan.
- Maintain safe work practices and minimize risks of accidents and financial errors.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Income Auditor or operational accountant in hospitality.
- Knowledge of F&B cashiering, front desk cashiering, and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in OPERA, OnQ, Micros, SUN, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and reporting capabilities.
Preferred / Advantageous:
- Previous experience in hotel finance or audit roles.
- IT qualifications or training in relevant financial systems.
- Ability to handle flexible working hours, especially at month-end or peak periods.
