📋 Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise daily operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and office finance-related operations.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Foster collaboration across departments to resolve accounting queries and streamline operations.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local statutory laws, corporate policies, and financial regulations.
- Assist in preparation for audits, including supporting schedules and responses to auditor queries.
- Prepare Business Income Reports (BIR) and other regulatory filings as required.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting to identify opportunities for cost optimization and growth.

- Qualified CA / CMA or equivalent finance professional.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience, with at least 6 years in BFSI or large corporate finance.
- Expertise in financial reporting, MIS, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to mentor and manage finance teams effectively.
