- Plan and execute corrective actions to address activities negatively impacting F&B profitability.
- Partner with hotel finance and F&B teams to enhance budgeting and financial controls.
- Support the development of finance team members through training and best practices implementation.
- Ensure full compliance with Hilton’s financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Assist with various financial tasks to optimize the Finance Department’s performance.
- Participate actively in Hilton’s finance innovations and EMEA Operations projects.
