Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep dive studies of financial statements and schedules.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements using accounting data and management interviews.
- Summarize findings and highlight key deal issues affecting purchase price or transaction structure.
- Execute due diligence engagements, supporting senior managers and partners.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables, adhering to client requirements.
- Assist in valuation studies and basic financial modeling for investment decisions.
- Contribute to presenting financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to analyze data, create graphs, and present insights effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and communicate updates proactively.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (minimum one group cleared) OR
- Postgraduate / MBA in Finance from a reputed college or university.
- 0–6 months of relevant experience, including exposure to statutory audit, internal audit, and financial statement preparation.
