Key Responsibilities
As an EY Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-device performance.
- Develop reusable libraries and ensure best coding practices are followed.
- Integrate data from back-end services and databases into user-facing platforms.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications to ensure performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to EY’s projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for development and deployments.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, and C#.
- Front-end/UI development with Angular, React, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery.
- Database experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, NoSQL.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platforms and DevOps pipelines.
- Exposure to SharePoint, Power Platform, Python, and AI/ML is a plus.
- Ability to work with UI/UX designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
Measurable KPIs
- AI-Assisted Coding Efficiency: Leverage GitHub Copilot or similar tools to improve coding speed.
- Code Quality: Minimize post-deployment bugs and issues.
- Productivity Metrics: Track delivery time from requirement gathering to QA-ready deployment.
- Contribution to AI-driven development: Measure percentage of AI-assisted commits.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of hands-on development experience in full stack roles.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular/React, SQL, and Azure.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Full Stack Development.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in software projects.
- Strong exposure to enterprise-level application design and delivery.
