Key Responsibilities
As an EY Immigration Advanced Analyst in Bengaluru, you will:
- Draft and review US immigration petitions (IV/NIV – H-1, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1 NIW, Green Card processes).
- Complete assigned immigration tasks within strict timelines and EY quality standards.
- Manage application drafting and mailbox monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with seniors and team members to deliver seamless client service.
- Proactively suggest process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Generate and manage reports, update systems for tracking and billing inquiries.
- Support in ad-hoc projects, audits, and client presentations as needed.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of US Immigration processes and visa categories.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Graduate degree in relevant fields: Travel & Tourism, Arts, Commerce, Social & Political Science, or Computer Applications.
- Prior experience in drafting US visa applications (H-1, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1 NIW, GC).
- Foreign language skills preferred (but not mandatory).
