About the Role
As a Manager – AQS, you will:
- Lead pre-issuance review programs (PIRs) including thematic and hot file reviews.
- Support PCAOB inspections and internal quality assurance initiatives.
- Create, draft, and review Assurance Quality Reviews (AQRs).
- Conduct focused reviews as per EY PPQRM and PPD requirements.
- Collaborate with global engagement teams to ensure adherence to GAAP standards and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enhance quality checks for global assurance procedures.
- Prepare and assist in pre-issuance and post-engagement quality reviews.
- Draft and maintain documentation for internal and external quality reviews.
- Provide guidance to engagement teams on assurance quality and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement improvements to assurance processes and review programs.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in assurance concepts, GAAP requirements, and auditing standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification (CPA or ACCA).

- Hands-on experience in quality assurance, pre-issuance reviews, and PCAOB preparations.
