🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor Customer Associates (CA) and Sales Associates (SA) in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely updates on Paint Assist app for daily activities.
- Track on-time visits and follow-ups to new sites by CA/SA.
- Monitor business collections to meet monthly sales targets.
- Update records of new joinees/exits at CA/SA level.
- Conduct in-store and on-site training for new CAs: business process, app usage, product pitching.
- Perform random site visits to ensure process compliance (tools usage, application quality, site handover).
- Approve business entries into the system after validation.
- Drive regular trainings for business app feature adoption.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure their participation in training programs.
✅ Required Skills & Competencies
Functional Skills:
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Local Language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Behavioral Competencies:
- Proactive and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a retail environment engaging diverse customers
- Diligence in completing training modules and programs
- Extensive travel willingness across the region
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BMS) with minimum 50% marks
- Full-time graduation only (No Engineering/Pharma/Diploma backgrounds considered)
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is advantageous
- Must possess a valid driving license and two-wheeler
- Android smartphone with latest OS required
- Age between 26-30 years
