Key Responsibilities
- Participate in internal audits, process consulting, and risk consulting projects.
- Lead small teams of analysts or trainees on project engagements.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client services in assigned project areas.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Demonstrate technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and adaptability to new information.
- Maintain current knowledge of advisory services and industry trends.
- Travel to client locations across India and abroad as required.
Required Skills
- Strong domain knowledge in business processes, internal audit, and operational risks.
- Ability to perform process gap analysis and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analytics skills.
- Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High integrity, strong values, and ethical work principles.
Qualifications
- Qualified CA, MBA with 0–2 years of experience OR Graduates with 2–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk consulting, or compliance.
- Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are an added advantage.
