🌟 Key Responsibilities
Managing Housekeeping Operations
- Oversee daily housekeeping shift operations, recreation/health club, and laundry services.
- Ensure guestroom status is accurately communicated to the Front Desk.
- Collaborate with Engineering on maintenance needs.
- Supervise general cleaning schedules and daily assignments.
- Inventory and order supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Managing Departmental Costs
- Monitor and manage controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budget goals.
- Understand the impact of housekeeping operations on property financial objectives.
- Assist in managing budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports as required.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond to guest complaints and service issues promptly.
- Empower and coach employees to deliver excellent service.
- Focus on continuous improvement and guest satisfaction during team meetings.
Human Resources & Team Management
- Supervise staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to housekeeping team members.
- Participate in employee hiring, performance appraisals, and progressive discipline processes.
- Ensure all employees understand policies, expectations, and procedures.

- High school diploma or GED required; or 2-year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping or related professional experience.
- Leadership experience with strong team management and organizational skills.
