Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL solutions in Informatica PowerCenter based on business and functional specifications.
- Create technical design recommendations for integrating programs and ETL workflows.
- Develop, test, and implement ETL mappings and sessions; monitor performance and optimize as needed.
- Work with relational databases such as Oracle 11g+, SQL Server, and DB2.
- Handle flat files and XML data using Informatica XML Parser.
- Resolve maintenance issues and apply bug fixes efficiently.
- Utilize other Informatica modules like PowerExchange and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in ETL development using Informatica.
- Expertise in PowerCenter, PowerExchange, IDQ, and XML Parser.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with performance tuning of ETL sessions and mappings.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6 – 10 years of professional experience in ETL development and Informatica technologies.
