💼 Key Responsibilities
As a PE – Default Servicing Associate, your duties will include:
- Supporting mortgage loan servicing functions related to foreclosure claims and bankruptcy filings.
- Utilizing MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline servicing procedures.
- Updating loan statuses and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and audit-ready documentation of servicing activities.
- Assisting in complex issue resolution while maintaining high-quality service.
- Monitoring ongoing default servicing performance metrics.
- Participating in internal meetings to improve process efficiency.

- Assisting in onboarding and training of new team members when required.
🛠️ Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Basic understanding of mortgage servicing, foreclosure, and bankruptcy concepts.

🎓 Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
