✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of hotel tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters to ensure optimal equipment function.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; manage purchase orders.
• Complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator tests.
• Inspect and maintain fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Develop and assist in disaster response protocols.
• Respond to guest repair requests promptly and efficiently.
• Supervise, coach, and train engineering team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and report maintenance hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating and addressing guest needs.
• Operate power lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering work areas.
