Key Responsibilities
As the Duty Manager at Accor – Roswyn, Mumbai, you will:
- Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing seamless hotel operations across departments.
- Be the primary guest contact, handling concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Lead front office operations including arrivals, departures, VIP handling, and room allocations.
- Conduct property walkthroughs to maintain brand and operational standards.
- Collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping, and other teams for smooth service delivery.
- Review guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate operational reports and handovers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Supervisor in a luxury/lifestyle hotel.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- A natural host – guest-focused, approachable, and solution-driven.
- Calm under pressure and confident in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera PMS preferred).
- Flexible availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
