Key Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager at Novotel Goa Panjim, you will:
- Lead and supervise daily hotel operations to maintain service excellence.
- Handle guest concerns swiftly, ensuring positive and memorable experiences.
- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of department heads.
- Oversee training, delegation, and accountability for subordinates.
- Communicate daily priorities and service personalization to team members.

- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role (hospitality preferred).
- Prior experience working with Opera PMS or similar systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-driven under pressure.
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate teams.
