Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Testing

• Design, develop, test, and deploy LabVIEW-based test system applications.
• Create functional, integration, and system test plans; execute automated and manual test scripts.
• Document software architecture, design specifications, and verification plans.

Collaboration & Customer Support

• Work closely with internal teams including metrology, test engineers, and technicians.
• Gather and validate functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide centralized support to test cells and resolve software issues proactively.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

• Utilize tools like Process Monitor, Event Viewer, Fiddler, and Wireshark for debugging and network monitoring.
• Analyze and resolve test system software problems to enhance reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align project execution with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in software development with strong knowledge in LabVIEW, C++, MATLAB.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems, control systems, and industrial test engineering.
• Hands-on experience with software lifecycle management: design, development, deployment, and support.
• Solid understanding of software testing methods and quality assurance practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting software using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and project management.
• Knowledge of Test Program Specification (TPS) languages.
• Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD), Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD), Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA), or Certified LabVIEW Embedded Developer (CLED) certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Education
