Key Responsibilities
Sales Finance & Customer Accounting
- Oversee all sales finance operations for the division, including Customer Accounting, Sales Analytics, and Divisional P&L.
- Ensure accuracy, timely provisioning, and settlement of customer schemes and ledgers.
- Maintain accounting hygiene across all customer accounts and financial records.
Stakeholder Management
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Corporate Accounts teams.
- External Coordination: Manage relationships with Customers, Dealers, and Vendors; resolve accounting, tax, and finance queries.
- Ensure timely dispatch of account statements and scheme calculations.
Compliance & Controls
- Guarantee 100% statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for commercial operations.
Cost Efficiency & Financial Analysis
- Monitor spends, track budget vs actuals, and highlight deviations.
- Prepare and analyze Divisional and Regional P&L, margin statements, and cost optimization initiatives.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, rate negotiation, and agreements.
- Ensure timely PO generation, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor account hygiene, including advances, open GRs, and GST reconciliation.
People & Process Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of executives to meet KPIs and support career development.
- Collaborate with divisional, depot, and brand teams for timely dispatch of collaterals and gifts.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS relevant to the sales commercial hierarchy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive projects for operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in sales finance, customer accounting, and P&L management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in commercial management, sales finance, or accounting operations.
- Experience managing multi-region financial operations and teams.
