Key Responsibilities
- Provide WCM strategy and thought leadership for clients and internal teams.
- Conduct product and technology research and analysis to deliver client-specific solutions.
- Manage source control, work item tracking, and build management using Team Foundation Server, Git, or similar tools.
- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems, including CRM, Salesforce, and legacy systems via Webservices (SOAP/REST).
- Utilize Sitecore Digital Marketing Suite features such as Personalization, Campaign Manager, Goals, and Events.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Sitecore and WCM platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Hands-on experience in CRM integration (Salesforce/Legacy Systems) using Webservices.
- Familiarity with version control and build management using TFS, Git, or similar.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for client-facing and internal projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field preferred.
