Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks for Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and OpenText ALM/QC on SaaS platforms.
- Manage installation, upgrades, and environment design for project tracking tools.
- Integrate Jira and ALM/QC with third-party tools and deploy necessary plugins.
- Plan and execute data migration including workflows, projects, and integrations to SaaS platforms.
- Validate and verify upgraded environments ensuring seamless project continuity.
- Implement new functionality as per project and organizational requirements.
- Customize and configure user roles, project entities, alerts, and workflows.
- Design and develop workflow processes and template projects.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to support project management and DevOps teams.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and ALM/QC administration.
- Expertise in SaaS platform migrations and integrations.
- Proficiency in workflow design, plugin deployment, and project customization.

Qualifications
