Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality delivery of internal audit and controls assurance activities
- Develop and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera and project monitoring tools
- Coordinate with client representatives to capture ongoing project requirements and ensure alignment
- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed
- Lead risk management, claims handling, and interface coordination between teams and vendors
- Prepare and distribute project dashboards, MIS reports, and status updates
- Support engineering coordination, supply expediting, and procurement dispute resolution
- Oversee Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and quality control measures on projects
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management, internal audit, or risk consulting for industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, ArcGIS, Tilos, Unifier, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
- Experience working under pressure with tight deadlines and demanding client requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to project sites over extended periods
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, integrity, and professional work ethics
