Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop customized solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM following industry best practices.
- Develop and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and SSIS packages.
- Build and maintain applications using Power Platform tools such as PowerApps (Canvas, Model-driven apps), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing CRM and Power Platform solutions to improve performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Implement security models and data integrations for seamless CRM functionality.
- Work across industries, with exposure to Health and Public Sector projects, adapting solutions to diverse business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in CRM customization: Plugins, JavaScript, Workflows, Web API, and SSIS.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and Power Platform components.
- Experience with security model implementation and data integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and hybrid work environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Azure services, cloud architectures, and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and custom page development.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and integration patterns.
