Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operations of the Controls team, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations by providing accurate documentation and insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks on risk, compliance, and control metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance control effectiveness and remediate variances.
- Continuously improve monitoring and reporting processes to deliver actionable insights and meaningful metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, risk management, compliance, or audit.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to trading activities.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting and engagement.
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work under pressure.
