🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Coupa Sourcing & Procurement Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead and support Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations for global clients.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Configure Coupa modules such as:
- Procurement
- Sourcing
- Contract Management
- Supplier Information Management
- Drive business transformation by aligning technology with procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support data migration, testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Contribute to project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in eProcurement, S2P transformation, or Coupa implementation.
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) and strategic sourcing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based procurement platforms and integration methods.
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables in a consulting setup.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Coupa Certification or equivalent experience with other procurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, SAP MM).
- Prior experience in management consulting or business transformation.
- Willingness to travel as needed (domestic/international).
