Key Responsibilities
As a Solution Designer/Developer Consultant, you will:
- Design and develop scalable and innovative technology solutions aligned with client business strategies.
- Lead solution architecture efforts for application and platform design in complex digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on application platforms and emerging technologies.
- Develop solution blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation for client projects.
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Support client presentations, demos, and workshops to communicate solution approaches effectively.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution development.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Designer, or Solution Developer with a focus on application and platform design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, API management, and security best practices.
- Experience in creating technical design documents, solution blueprints, and architectural diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering fields.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, solution architecture, or Agile frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Prior experience in consulting or technology transformation projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
