Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
1. M365 SharePoint Development
- Design and develop M365 SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Implement custom web parts, extensions, and other SharePoint components to enhance functionality.
- Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to integrate with SharePoint and build enterprise solutions.
2. Power Platform & Automation
- Develop Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) to create intuitive business applications.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate and integrate with SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, and other data sources.
- Design and deploy Power Virtual Agents to enhance user experience and automation.
3. Collaboration and Solution Design
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SharePoint-based solutions.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft technologies such as MS Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, and Microsoft Dataverse (CDS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions tailored to client needs.
4. Documentation & Maintenance
- Maintain thorough documentation of developed solutions, test procedures, and deployment steps.
- Perform testing and debugging, ensuring quality assurance and optimization of SharePoint solutions.
- Provide support during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Production phases.

Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365: Hands-on experience in developing solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SPFx.
- Power Platform: Proficient in Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages.
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Strong expertise in developing custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx and JavaScript.
- Web Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Microsoft Azure: Familiarity with cloud solutions and Azure services for deploying and managing applications.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power BI for creating data-driven applications.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
