Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – IT Assurance & Audit at Deloitte India, you will:
- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating business and technology risks.
- Assess and strengthen internal controls, ITGC, SOX/ICFR, SSAE/SOC1 & SOC2.
- Support the design and implementation of risk management frameworks and IT compliance solutions.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365) to evaluate application controls.
- Conduct regulatory and compliance assessments using industry frameworks like ISO27001, COSO, and COBIT.
- Facilitate use of technology-based audit tools and methodologies.
- Actively engage in project planning, execution, billing, and reporting.
- Generate insights, challenge the status quo, and propose innovative risk solutions.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to cross-sell services.
- Build positive client relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Skills & Eligibility
- Education: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT, or CA/MBA with Finance/IT specialization.
- Experience: 1–8 years in IT Audits, ITGC, SOX, SOC reporting, IFC/ICFR, or IT Risk Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP application controls (SAP, Oracle, D365).
- Exposure to cloud security, RPA, AI/ML audits, and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and international standards (SOX, ISO27001, SSAE, ISAE, COSO, COBIT).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Team management and leadership experience is essential.
- Preferred Certification: CISA (highly desirable).
