Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune GenAI models for text, code, images, audio, and multimodal applications.
- Build enterprise-grade applications, agents, and AI copilots powered by large foundational models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to identify high-value use cases.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of PoCs to production implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Drive Research & Development (R&D) efforts around GenAI trends, prompt engineering techniques, model benchmarking, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor and guide team members, contributing to the growth of a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE) at Deloitte.
- Ensure adherence to ethical AI frameworks and best practices throughout project lifecycles.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of professional experience with a strong focus on GenAI and foundational model implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Proficient hands-on experience in developing solutions using GenAI APIs and tools.
- Strong coding skills in Python and relevant machine learning libraries.
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with vector databases and cloud-native GenAI capabilities (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to deliver scalable AI solutions from concept to production.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for both short and long-term assignments.
