Key Responsibilities
- Client Configuration Management: Onboard new client configurations and maintain updates at the employer, administrator, and system levels.
- Business Analysis Support: Assist client management teams with analysis for Active and Retiree clients.
- Funding & Peg Analysis: Provide funding and peg support for Retiree clients and Financial Operations teams.
- System Validation: Query production databases to verify configuration changes and ensure system accuracy.
- Software & Infrastructure Support: Assist during software releases and infrastructure updates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Represent Configuration and Analysis teams in cross-functional meetings with Benefits Accounts and Individual Marketplace teams.
- Audit Compliance: Support SOC, Internal Audit, and other regulatory audit requirements.
- Process Improvement: Highlight deviations, suggest solutions, and share best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in T-SQL and C# programming; Excel macros are a plus.
- Ability to meet critical client and regulatory timelines (e.g., ERISA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on additional challenges.
- Strong team collaboration skills while also capable of independent work.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience, primarily with T-SQL and C#.
- Experience in client configuration, production database querying, and business service support is preferred.
