Key Responsibilities
As a Concierge Executive at Accor Novotel Jaipur, you will:
- Provide personalized service to VIP and repeat guests, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
- Manage guest transportation bookings, reservations, and special arrangements.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with departments including Front Office and Housekeeping for seamless service delivery.
- Promote hotel facilities (spa, dining, tours) to enhance the guest stay and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, bookings, and service follow-ups.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Familiarity with Jaipur’s local attractions and guest offerings is an advantage.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in concierge, front office, or guest services roles in luxury hotels is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
