Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle guest luggage efficiently during check-in and check-out.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items promptly to guest rooms.
- Assist with local information, directions, and hotel facilities.
- Maintain the highest level of courtesy, appearance, and service standards.
People & Communication
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report guest feedback, complaints, or incidents immediately.
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office and other hotel departments.
Operations
- Manage guest luggage loading/unloading and safe storage.
- Ensure all guest requests are handled quickly and professionally.
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and emergency procedures.
- Uphold safety, security, and fire evacuation protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Fresher or 6 months–1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local or additional languages is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and grooming at all times.
